These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and YoungToto (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the YoungToto online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://youngtoto.cam and any associated mobile interface thereof.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the YoungToto platform — including placing bets, participating in casino games, claiming bonuses, or making deposits and withdrawals — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the YoungToto platform and close your account if one has been created.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on YoungToto, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual (natural person) on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from YoungToto or excluded by YoungToto under Section 12 of this Agreement.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of YoungToto, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. YoungToto does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited at the operator level, including where the Platform is technically geo-restricted.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur.

Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at any other time at our reasonable discretion, YoungToto may require you to submit identity verification documents. These typically include, but are not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds into your Account.

YoungToto reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict betting activity, or close an Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Any funds deposited into an Account where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. YoungToto will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

5.1 Deposits. YoungToto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are displayed within the Platform's deposit interface at the time of transaction.

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source where technically feasible.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds prior to withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within the Platform's withdrawal interface.
• YoungToto aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically complete within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service levels.

5.3 Currency. All balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). YoungToto does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

YoungToto may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives at its sole discretion. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the relevant promotion terms. By way of example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires RM2,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting bets may contribute at a different rate than slots or table games. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date, typically 7–30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly permitted, each Player may claim each promotion once only. Duplicate claims via multiple accounts constitute abuse and will result in account termination.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Where stated, a maximum withdrawal cap applies to winnings generated from bonus funds. Any amount exceeding this cap will be removed at the point of withdrawal processing.
• Abuse and Exploitation: YoungToto reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or close any Account, where we reasonably determine that a Player has attempted to abuse, exploit, or circumvent any promotional offer or its terms.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the YoungToto sportsbook are subject to acceptance by the Platform. YoungToto reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) a manifest pricing error has occurred; (b) the relevant event has already commenced; (c) the bet contravenes applicable rules for the relevant sport or market; or (d) the Platform suspects the integrity of the relevant event.

7.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement deadline, or where insufficient participants compete (e.g., a walkover in a tennis match). Void bets are returned to the Player's Account balance.

7.3 Casino Games. All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Historical game outcomes do not affect future results in any RNG-based game.

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, YoungToto reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the relevant stake(s) to the Player's Account. No further liability shall arise in such circumstances.

7.5 Responsible Betting. Players are encouraged to bet only within their personal financial means. YoungToto provides account-level tools to assist responsible betting behaviour, including deposit limits and loss limits, accessible via your Account settings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the YoungToto platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending or existing balance attributable to such conduct, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to conceal the origin of such funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or tournament format.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, software tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the Platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, exploiting sign-up offer terms, or engaging in systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Arbitrage Exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets or between the Platform and other bookmakers as a primary strategy.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargeback or reversal claims on deposits that have been used for genuine betting activity.
• Minors: Permitting or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.
• Misuse of Support: Making abusive, threatening, or defamatory communications toward YoungToto staff or other players via any support channel.

All content on the YoungToto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, software, graphics, text, icons, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of YoungToto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any Platform content; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform; or frame or embed the Platform within any third-party website or application without prior written consent from YoungToto.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YoungToto and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even where YoungToto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, YoungToto's total cumulative liability to you arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

YoungToto does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party network issues may result in temporary unavailability. YoungToto accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

YoungToto is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide Players with a suite of tools designed to help maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps can be set within Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period can be established to prevent unintended expenditure.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure time-based reminders to prompt review of gambling session duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account deactivation periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days can be applied. During a cool-off period, login and betting access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request indefinite self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and will be maintained for a minimum period of 6 months.

12.1 Termination by YoungToto. YoungToto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• YoungToto has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to YoungToto's satisfaction.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires such action.

Upon termination for breach, YoungToto reserves the right to forfeit any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Genuine deposited funds (excluding any bonus amounts or winnings subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any investigation.

12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting YoungToto support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of your request, we will process the closure and return any remaining eligible balance to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which YoungToto holds its international online gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is stated in the Platform's licensing documentation.

In the event of a dispute between you and YoungToto, you agree to first contact our support team and attempt to resolve the matter through YoungToto's internal complaints process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, and both parties agree to be bound by the outcome of such arbitration.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.

YoungToto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide notice via a platform notification or via the email address registered to your Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. If you do not agree to the updated Terms and Conditions, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. We encourage Players to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.
